1. Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 24 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made after that.
2. Cancellation request can be made by you, if faced any problem mail us on info@cafizz.com
3. Refund shall be made under following conditions:
a. Order was cancelled.
b. Order was not delivered to the recipient (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient or order placed for location which is not mentioned in delivery locations of cafizz.com.)
4. Refund can only be made in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount will depend on the case. Management’s decision will be final, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.
5. If the order is not processed, the refund will be done in the same mode as the customer paid. If the order has been processed, the refund will be made in the Cafizz wallet only.
6. Any discounted, coupon amount or exempted amount can not be claimed for refund.
7. Amendments can be made in Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time.
